Kevin George

Kevin George
Founder, Managing Partner

Kevin is a customer-focused, senior operating executive with over 20+ years experience and a proven track record of leading companies through periods of rapid growth, business transformations and turnarounds.

As an operating executive with leading technology-centric firms including Lexis/Nexis, ON Technology, Manhattan Associates, Silverpop, Merkle/Quris, and ClickSquared and through consulting engagements with companies such as Turner Broadcasting, CNN, Sparkfly and Renovo Data, Kevin has used his extensive expertise in building high-performance teams to drive increased sales and profitability, optimize business processes and improve overall performance.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Antioch University’s McGregor School of Management.

He is very active in the Atlanta technology community. Kevin serves on the board of directors of the Southeastern Software Association, is a member of both the Atlanta CEO Council and the Host Committee of High Tech Ministries.

Ernest

James Ernest "Ernie" Riddle
Partner

Ernie is a highly acclaimed leader with extensive experience leading the growth of both public and private companies. He has extensive consulting experience helping companies through major growth, technology and transformational initiatives. His experience includes leadership positions, board positions and consulting assignments in both domestic and global companies.

Ernie has held key leadership positions with several firms: serving as President/CEO of Astadia, Inc., a cloud computing/SaaS consulting and systems integration company; President and COO of Norrell Services, Inc., a $1.6B outsourcing, information technology services, call center operations and staffing services company; President of Ryder International, a $5.2B international provider of logistics and transportation services with operations in Mexico, South America and Europe; and, earlier in his career, as Vice President Sales and Marketing for Xerox Corporation in the U.S. and EMEA.

Ernie holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and an MBA in Finance from Emory University.

Ernie has served on numerous Boards as a Director for AirNet Systems, Inc., Enterasys Inc., Danka Business Systems, PLC, Norrell Services, Inc. and numerous private boards.

Tracey

Tracey Thorsen
Partner

Tracey is a senior executive leader who is passionate about building and guiding organizations through change and challenge – all with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Throughout her career at AT&T, she was routinely responsible for driving results within multiple fast-paced, high-performing organizations. Tracey has leadership and hands-on experience in the areas of marketing, sales, service delivery, product management, business planning and organizational design. She has won accolades for her work in change and growth initiatives such as merger/acquisition integrations, technology implementations, culture change, restructurings and downsizings.

She is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s in sociology, and received her Master’s from Webster University in business administration.

Tracey is actively involved in the community – a member CEO Netweavers, founder of Kettering Women, chairman and advisor for Women In Technology Leadership Development programs, and mentor for Pathbuilders.
